CRT is a technological platform of innovation and production oriented to BioPharma industry SMEs with GMP conditions. It would allow Tunisia to :
 

• have the necessary infrastructure to carry out  the development of  biomolecules
• move from the stage of bio-medicines import (vaccines and  biosimilars) to the stage of local production in the  CRT

It is the equivalent of «Early Stage Accelerator» which will constitute the natural interface between the business incubator and the development of the pilot project.

With a budget of 30 Million TND, Its main tasks will consist of :
 

• Access to the development of new active biomolecules and the biomedicine industry
• Promote the creation of high value-added companies (Biotechnology)
• Offer a regional job opportunity
• Provide various biotechnology analyzes to industrialists
• Scientific and technical assistance of companies
