In order to ensure more efficient and flexible to the management of the Technopark, It was created on 23 June 2008 " la Société de Gestion de la Technopole Sidi Thabet, SA ".

Its capital was contributed by the Pasteur Institute of Tunisia IPT as a project-holding institution, The National Center for Nuclear Science and Technologies CNSTN,  The National Institute for Research and Physical and Chemical Analysis INRAP, The Tunisian Pharmaceutical Industries Company SIPHAT and the following financial institutions : CDC, STB, BH, Aman Bank and ATB.

The share capital of the company is 6,139,900 Millions TND .
