With an area of ​​almost 30 Ha and with a very good service guaranteeing exceptional accessibility, this Bioparc will be built according to the international standards and ready to accommodate industrial projects in pharmaceutical industries (energy, water, gas, public lighting, roads, etc). The laying out of this area is planned in two phases.

The installation on site will allow to benefit from services with high added value: The regrouping of the Technopole, in a one place, of a complete chain of production (research, training, innovation and development) dedicated to the biotechnologies, pharmaceutical industries and parapharmaceuticals and medical devices.
